Passive drone early warning
See them coming.
Give nothing away.
Falkonis Nest detects approaching drones by the radio signals they emit, then alerts your phone in seconds. The sensing path transmits nothing, so the node cannot be found by the thing it is watching for.
ContactA drone announces itself long before you hear it.
Its control link and video downlink are continuous transmissions. Nest watches those bands and decides on the node itself — no stream, no uplink, no bandwidth bill.
AlertSeconds later, the phone in your pocket knows.
One short cellular message to a phone or a command platform. That is the only thing Falkonis Nest ever puts on the air.

The problem
Warning time is the whole problem
A small drone is quiet, awkward for conventional radar, and cheap enough to be sent in numbers. By the time it can be seen or heard, the decision window has closed.
What is missing along most borders, perimeters and dispersed positions is not another interceptor — it is a few minutes of notice, everywhere, all the time. The systems that do exist were built for high-value fixed sites: expensive, power-hungry, and often emitting. That leaves out nearly everything that actually needs watching.
01Listen
The node monitors the radio bands drones use for control and video. Nothing leaves the device while it does.
02Recognise
Processing happens on the node. It separates a control link from ordinary radio noise, so an alert means something.
03Alert
A short cellular message to a phone or a command platform, seconds after detection.
Product — Stage I
One node to start with
Falkonis Nest is the first product and the whole focus right now. It hangs on a tree or a pole like a bird box, keeps itself charged, and says one thing only: something is coming.
Further sensors — acoustic first — are planned around the same node rather than as separate boxes on separate poles.

Emits nothingIt cannot be found by what it watches
A radar announces itself the moment it is switched on, and can be located from far outside its own detection range. A passive receiver gives an adversary nothing to home in on.
Needs nothingNo mains, no mast, no operator on site
Solar panel and battery in a nest-box enclosure. No trenching, no tower, no technician. One person mounts it with a strap and a ladder, and leaves.
Costs littleEnough nodes to actually cover the line
Early warning only works if you can afford to put it everywhere that matters. Cost per node is a design requirement here, not an afterthought.
We are building the first prototype
We are talking to operators who need perimeter early warning — defence, critical infrastructure, border security — and to suppliers and investors who want to be early. If that is you, tell us what your situation actually requires.
